Use of Services

• You must be at least 16 years old to use or create an account.
• You agree to provide accurate, complete registration and payment information.
• You are responsible for all activity on your account.
• You agree to comply with all local parking rules, signs, regulations, and posted instructions at parking facilities.

Account Responsibilities

• You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your login credentials.
• You agree to notify us immediately if unauthorized use of your account occurs.
• Detroit Parking LLC may suspend or terminate your account at any time for violation of Terms or misuse of Services.

Payments and Fees

• Parking fees are charged based on the usage and the rates posted at the time of parking.
• All fees and charges are due and payable at the time of parking service.
• You agree to pay all taxes and fees associated with your account.
• No refunds will be provided unless required by law.

When using our Services, you agree not to:

• Use the Services unlawfully, fraudulently, or in ways that harm others.
• Interfere with or disrupt the operation of the Services.
• Use bots, scripts, or automated tools to access or manage your account.
• Reverse engineer, modify, or tamper with the Services.

SMS Messaging Terms:

• SMS Consent: By checking the SMS consent checkbox during booking, you explicitly agree to receive SMS notifications from Detroit Parking LLC via Bird SMS service.
• Message Types: You may receive the following types of SMS: (1) Booking Confirmations - sent immediately after a successful booking, (2) Booking Reminders - sent 10 minutes before your parking expires, (3) Booking Expiration Alerts - sent when your parking session ends, (4) Extension Confirmations - sent when you extend your parking time.
• Service Provider: Bird is our SMS service provider. Bird is governed by its own terms of service and privacy policy available at https://www.bird.com/legal/terms and https://www.bird.com/legal/privacy.
• Message & Data Rates: Standard message and data rates from your wireless carrier apply. Message frequency varies based on your usage and booking activity. Contact your carrier for details about your service plan. Detroit Parking LLC does not charge additional fees for SMS messages.
• Opt-Out Instructions: Reply STOP to any SMS to unsubscribe from all SMS notifications. Reply HELP to receive information about SMS commands. Opting out will not affect email notifications or other services.
• No Spam: We commit to not sending unsolicited marketing SMS. All SMS messages relate directly to your parking bookings and account activity.
• Two-Way Messaging: Our SMS service is automated through Bird. While you can reply STOP or HELP, replies are not monitored for customer service inquiries. For support, please contact us at info@dparking.us or call +1 (734) 686-9921.
• Carrier Responsibility: SMS delivery depends on carrier infrastructure. Delays, non-delivery, or failed attempts are not the responsibility of Detroit Parking LLC. Contact your carrier if you experience issues receiving SMS messages.

Disclaimer & Limitation of Liability

• Detroit Parking LLC provides Services "as is" and does not guarantee uninterrupted or error-free operation.
• We are not responsible for loss or damage to vehicles or property while parked.
• To the extent permitted by law, Detroit Parking LLC is not liable for indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages.
