Parking Facility Operations Oversight
- Supervise daily operations of parking lots operated by Detroit Parking LLC
- Coordinate entry/exit systems and parking access control
- Monitor lot usage, occupancy, and traffic flow
- Manage and oversee payments received digitally by our automated website
- Coordinate with security and maintenance teams
Parking Technology & Digital Systems Management
- Maintain the Detroit Parking website platform
- Manage pricing updates, location information, and customer inquiry systems
- Implement digital parking management tools
- Maintain integrations with payment systems, booking systems, and monitoring platforms
CCTV & Remote Monitoring Supervision
- Monitor parking lot security systems
- Review CCTV footage
- Implement remote monitoring protocols
- Coordinate incident reporting and risk mitigation
Business Process & Workflow Optimization
- Improve parking lot operational workflows
- Implement digital reporting dashboards
- Manage cash flow and provide a safe and sound payment path digitally
- Manage operational data (occupancy, revenue, utilization)
